Soft modern details add comfort to this Lincoln Park condo as the interior flows naturally to the exterior environment creating a connection with nature.

In the main bathroom, the linen lacquer vanity is contrasted to muted grey limestone floors. The metallic porcelain tile inset was designed to mimic a waterfall within the bathroom space striking a chord with nature and whimsy.

The linen lacquer cabinetry is repeated in kitchen becoming the back drop for the hand-painted backsplash detail as the modern vine weaves across the space.
