These homeowners have a passion for architecture. They prepared an addition on the front of their second home to accommodate a larger kitchen, and outdoor dining area, more natural light and a larger main bedroom suite.

They preserved many of the existing cabinetry details which were built on site when the home was originally constructed. A local cabinet maker was able to replicate the details and even refinish several existing pieces blending the old with the new.

This kitchen welcomes guests for weekend lounging and family time with modern conveniences including a coffee bar, a marble baking table that doubles with additional island seating, a large pantry larder, and a professional LaCornue range.
