This Nantucket home was a new construction project. With vacation rental in mind, the design was created around easy care and intuitive features throughout.

The ceiling treatment with a coffered, cross hatched detail was created in four panels to unify the entry, living, dining, kitchen spaces.

​

The kitchen features wall cabinets with a rich Mahogany wood interior and glass doors to highlight the tableware. A small eight foot island could be accommodated to allow for access to the pool deck so a large farm house table creates comfortable seating for eight.

The ceiling and the pendants create a striking counterpoint and rich antiques are highlighted against the Powder Sand painted walls.
