This home doubles as a second home and vacation rental so the homeowners wanted to reflect watery blue tones that were perfect for the beach but practical, intuitive features for renters.

A large corner bath was replaced with an open shelving piece that easily accommodates toiletries and extra linens for renters, while a 60" oval freestanding bath was still suited for the space. 

 

The geometric ceramic floor added interesting visual movement to the space but easy care with beach goers. White subway tile was combined with a blue glass mosaic on the shower floor to mimic beach glass found on the shores.
